CourseForge Studio was designed and built with AI assistance (Claude by Anthropic) as a productivity and scaffolding tool. Instructional designers and faculty retain full editorial authority over all content, course standards, and pedagogical decisions reflected in this toolkit.

All frameworks, rubric indicators, and quality standards reflect the professional judgment of FTCC instructional design staff — not AI-generated policy.

  1. Disclose AI use in course development documentation when required by department policy
  2. Review all AI-generated output before incorporating it into course materials or syllabi
  3. Apply professional judgment — tools like the RSI Calculator provide estimates, not guarantees of compliance
  4. Follow FTCC's AI Use Policy as adopted by the institution; this toolkit does not supersede institutional policy
